چکیده

به دنبال افزایش تقاضا برای شفافیت و پاسخگویی در مورد عملکرد شرکت و اثرات آن بر جامعه و ذی نفعان، رهنمود ها، اصول و قوانین و مقررات برای شرکت ها تدوین می شود که شرکت ها بر این اساس، گزارش های خود در ابعاد مختلف را منتشر می کنند. هدف اصلی این مقاله، تحلیل وضعیت گزارشگری عملکرد پایدار اجتماعی و ارتباط آن با هزینه سرمایه در شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است.
به منظور دستیابی به هدف اصلی تحقیق، تحقیق در 3 مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله اول، پس از مطالعه مبانی نظری تحقیق و نظرخواهی از 3 گروه خبرگان و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، 26 شاخص تعیین شد. در مرحله دوم، با بررسی محتوای صورت های مالی و گزارش های هیأت مدیره 134 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، وضعیت گزارشگری این شاخص ها طی سال های 95-1391 در صفحه گسترده اکسل ثبت و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نهایتاٌ در مرحله سوم، پس از جمع آوری داده‏های مربوط به 79 شرکت، فرضیه تحقیق به روش داده های تابلویی مورد آزمون قرار گرفت.
یافته ها نشان می دهد که شرکت های مورد بررسی در این تحقیق، در مؤلفه «رویه های کار و عملکرد مناسب» نسبت به سایر مؤلفه ها گزارشگری بهتری داشته اند، ولی سطح عملکرد پایدار اجتماعی شرکت ها نسبت به تحقیقات خارجی بررسی شده پایین ارزیابی شده است. هم چنین برخلاف مبانی نظری تحقیق، اطلاعات عملکرد پایدار اجتماعی بر هزینه سرمایه شرکت ها تأثیر مثبت دارد که می تواند ناشی از نوسانات قیمت سهام، نادیده گرفتن ویژگی های خاص شرکت (مانند توانایی مدیریتی یا مهارت های کارکنان) یا اثر متقابل اطلاعات تاریخی و اطلاعات آینده نگر باشد.
